This intensive program, delivered by Canadian Petroleum Training Institute (CPTI), and powered by Stark Energy Ltd, and CBOD Ghana, brought together professionals across the petroleum value chain to deepen expertise in terminal operations, Refinery economics, ESG, Safety, Terminal Automation & Data Analytics, and Innovation.

The training was highly interactive, with participants grouped and engaged in case study exercises that encouraged practical discussion, collaboration, and constructive feedback.

We’re thrilled to share that our post-program  survey results were outstanding, with 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 that they were satisfied with the training content and delivery, that the program significantly improved their understanding of the subject matter, and that they can confidently apply the knowledge and skills gained to their job roles. These results underscore the real impact of the program in driving practical expertise and lasting value.
